We’ve been developing properties across the UK since 1991, delivering thousands of residential, commercial, and infrastructure projects. Over the decades, we’ve learned that true progress doesn’t just come from building homes, offices, and roads — it comes from balancing human needs with the natural world.
The company will purchase low grade agricultural land and then enhance its Biodiversity with the creation of Wild Flower Meadows, Wooded Areas, Ponds and introduce good habitats for all types of wildlife, birds, etc
It will then ensure that all maintenance is in place for the next 30 years.
By doing this Biodiversity Work it will ensure that our enhancements can be purchased as Credits by property Developers in the Local Areas - in order that they meet their requirements for enhancing Biodiversity by 10% on sites that they wish to develop. (In reality - it is impossible to meet this target on their site to be developed)
Obviously a Development Site is graded initially for its Biodiversity and if it is very rich - (say already has forests, streams, wildlife - then they wll need more credits than if their original site is say a derelict inner city site.
